Dedicated to the “circle of the gluttons”, a pastry lesson focused on the preparation of typical sweets and cakes of the Amalfi Coast tradition: from the lemon cake to millefeuille with Giffoni hazelnut cream filling, from the delicate chocolate and almond dessert (La Caprese) to the classic cream and black cherry pasticciotto. You will learn about the ingredients and basic pastry techniques, from the dough to the most delicate moment of baking, using the most suitable kitchen equipment for each type of dessert. At the home of a local guide, in the quiet village of Scala a few steps from Ravello, you will have fun kneading, decorating, personalizing recipes based on your inspirations. On request also a wine pairing dinner based on typical products.
