The municipalities of Agerola and Tramonti boast farms producing renowned local cheeses including ricotta, provola and mozzarella. The tour includes a visit to a dairy farm to demonstrate how the cheeses are produced. Followed by tastings and an opportunity to purchase local produce direct from the farm.
