CHOCOLATE CLASS

In one of the most important pastry and chocolate laboratories on the Amalfi Coast, you can participate in unforgettable “sweet” experiences such as the visit of the family terraced gardens, for joining the collection of lemons necessary for the subsequent phase of preparation of the lemon delight, lemon sorbet, Nonna Adriana’s cream and bars, chocolates, zest and hazelnut cream, customers will be involved and to top the cake final tasting in the dining room or in the outdoor area of the pastry or chocolate shop.
